Return And Exchange Policy

In Kimra Building Trade Co., Ltd, customers are entitled to exchange or refund within 7 days. The products must be in the condition as below:

• Products are in original shapes, untouched, and seal and can be resell to other customers
• Products are not broken, used, or opened
• Have proof of purchase from our shop

We are unable to process a refund or an exchange for the following condition:

• products that are the last price promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• There is no proof of buying from us.
• Products that were deemed to be damaged on purposes, unmaintained, not in a resellable condition.
• Claim for damage parts or accessories lost after a several days from the date of purchase
• Products that are not in original shape.
• Products that are broken, used, or opened.

Customers who wish to return products are requested to contact our sales office first. When customers take products back to our shop, customers need to attached invoice with the products and bring to our company address as below:

Note: Customer are responsible for shipping fee. If customers have not paid for the shipping fee, we will deduct this amount from the product price.

1) Request For An Exchange Products

When our staff receive the returned products from customer and check that products are in the conditions that can be exchanged, customers can exchange this product with other products that have similar price.

2) Refund

When our staff receive the returned products and check that products are in good condition that can be refunded, we will return money back to customer. Our company will transfer money back after 3 days of receiving the products from customer. We will notice to our customer once we finish the transaction.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the“General Conditions”) apply exclusively between Kimra Building Trade Co.,Ltd., a company in the Kingdom of Cambodia under the registration number 00016219, having its registered office at No.247AB, St. 271,Sangkat Toul Tompong II, Khan Chamkamorn Penh, Phnom Penh. (hereinafter referred to as “Kimra” or “We”), and any person who orders any product (“Product”) on Kimra’s website www.kimra.com.kh (the “Website”), (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “You” and collectively with Kimra, the “Parties”). They may be amended but the applicable conditions are those in force on the Website on the date on which You use the Website.
