APPLICATION

Surface Preparation
New surface : Substrate must be completely cured and dried free from oil, grease, mildew, from release agents and
foreign matter or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on the surface with protimeter mini.
If any crack, it should be repaired on the surface before applying
Old surface: Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water. Measure moisture which
should be less than 14% on the surface with protimeter mini. Fungus and mildew growth must be
cleaned off with water. Leave to dry for 1-2 days. Apply TOA 113 Microkill copiously by using brush or
roller then leave to dry for at least 3 hrs. without rinsing.
If any crack, it should be repaired on the surface with suitable materials before applying
Coating system
Primer For New Surface –
Primer For Old Surface Apply 1 coat of multi-purpose primer TOA QUICK PRIMER. Allow at least 2 hrs. drying.
Topcoat Apply 2-3 coats of TOA ROOF PAINT without primer for new surface. Allow at least 2 hrs. drying.
Shelf Life : 5 years at 30-35 oC.
